Humble Honey Service
• Refills should be done every 2-3 weeks! As long as you have 4O-5O% of your lashes left you will pay refill price.
• If you are able to count the lashes you have remaining you will be charged for a FULL SET. (Please don't be shy to ask me when you should set a refill appointment.)
• Please stay on top of your refills to avoid paying the price of a full set.

POLICY:
• Please send a $20 deposit via Cash App & Apple Pay (8325458490), Zelle (Humblehoneybeauty@gmail.com). This will go towards your service and book your appointment. You will not be able to book an appointment until I receive the deposit.
• We understand there are emergencies but we want to create a memorable experience for our clients. Let’s not burn any bridges here. A no call, no show will terminate future services and your deposit will be non-refundable…let’s avoid that at all cost.
• You will be charged 50% of the service booked if you cancel within 12 hours of the service booked.
• We grant our clients a 10-minute grace period. At 10 minutes and thereafter, you will be charged a $10 late fee.
• If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, unfortunately your appointment will be canceled. We will grant you a 24 hour time window to reschedule your appointment.
• Squeeze in or same-day appointments, will be charged a $50 fee, on top of the price of the service booked.
• Arrive with a clean face and clean lashes. If you’re unable to arrive with a clean face and lashes, we will happily do it for you for a $10 lash bath fee.
